PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1989 No. 16, 1990 - SECT 12
Application of Research Fund
12. Section 94 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from paragraph (1)
(e) "the Research Councils Selection Committee in the performance of its
functions under subsection 103 (5)" and substituting "a Selection Committee in
the performance of its functions under Division 6a of this Part".
