PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1989 No. 16, 1990 - SECT 5

5. Section 7 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from paragraph (g) "and";

   (b)  by adding at the end the following paragraphs:

"(j) make agreements with the Research Council; and

"(k) undertake, on the recommendation of the Research Council, an approved
research and development activity, being an activity of the kind mentioned in
paragraph (aa) of the definition of 'wool research and development activity'
in subsection 3 (1).".
