PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 No. 17, 1990 - SECT 14

14. (1) Without limiting the generality of subsection 12 (1), an R&D
Corporation may enter into an agreement (including a joint venture agreement
or a partnership agreement) with a person for R&D activities to be carried out
by the Corporation and the person.

(2) Without limiting the matters that may be included in the agreement, the
agreement is to specify:

   (a)  the objectives of the R&D activities; and

   (b)  the expected duration of the R&D activities; and

   (c)  the nature and extent of the contribution to be made by the
        Corporation towards the R&D activities; and

   (d)  the basis for the distribution of profits and other benefits derived
        from the R&D activities.
