PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT ACT 1989 No. 17, 1990 - SECT 88

Consultants 
88. (1) An R&D Corporation may engage persons having suitable qualifications
and experience as consultants to the Corporation.

(2) The terms and conditions of engagement are to be determined by the
Corporation.
