PRIMARY INDUSTRY COUNCILS ACT 1991 No. 206, 1991 - SECT 24

24. In relation to committees and members of committees, section 32 applies as
if:

   (a)  a reference in that section to a council were a reference to a
        committee; and

   (b)  a reference in that section to a member were a reference to a member
        of the committee (whether or not the member of the committee is also a
        member of the council); and

   (c)  a reference in that section to the relevant primary industry were a
        reference to the industry that is the relevant primary industry in
        relation to the council by which the committee was established.
