PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION ACT 1991 No. 25, 1991 - SECT 29
Delegation by Secretary
29. (1) The Secretary may, in writing, delegate to the person occupying an
office in the Department all or any of his or her powers under this Act other
than his or her powers under section 26.
(2) A delegate is, in the exercise of a delegated power, subject to the
directions of the Secretary.
