PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 117, 1994 - SECT 1

1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Primary Industries Levies and Charges 
Collection Amendment Act 1994 .

(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Primary Industries Levies and
Charges Collection Act 1991*1*.
