PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEVIES AND CHARGES COLLECTION (CONSEQUENTIAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1991 No. 26, 1991 - SECT 6

Saving - section 9 of the Pig Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1971

6. Despite the repeal of the Pig Slaughter Levy Collection Act 1971 by this
Act, section 9 of that Act continues to apply in relation to contracts
referred to in that section entered into before the commencement of this Act
as if the repeal had not been effected.
