PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 80, 1980 - SECT 21
Rights conferred by licence
21. Section 52 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (a) and
substituting the following paragraph:
"(a) to recover petroleum in the licence area and to recover petroleum from
the licence area in another area to which he has lawful access for that
purpose;".
