PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 80, 1980 - SECT 32

Approval of instruments creating, &c., interests

32. Section 81 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (6) "the application" and substituting "to
approve the instrument"; and

(b) by omitting from sub-section (7) "application" and substituting

"instrument".
