PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 80, 1980 - SECT 33

33. Section 92 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "an adjacent area
that is an area specified in Schedule 2 as being adjacent to a State or
Territory, the Supreme Court of that State or Territory" and substituting "the
adjacent area in respect of a State or Territory, the Supreme Court of, or
having jurisdiction in, that State or Territory".
