PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 80, 1980 - SECT 43

Payments by instalments 
43. Section 109 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-
section (1) "at the specified rate" and substituting "at the rate that is the
specified rate from time to time".
