PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 80, 1980 - SECT 49

49. Section 132 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-section (8)
and substituting the following sub-section:



"(8) In this section, 'the Supreme Court' means the Supreme Court of, or
having jurisdiction in, the State or Territory in respect of which the
adjacent area in, or in relation to, which the offence is alleged to have been
committed is the adjacent area.".
