PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 80, 1980 - SECT 53
Licence to replace the Barrow Island lease
53. Section 148 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "specified in
the Second Schedule to this Act as being adjacent to" from the definition of
"the adjacent area" in sub-section (1) and substituting "in respect of".
