PETROLEUM (SUBMERGED LANDS) (PRODUCTION LICENCE FEES) AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 85, 1980 - SECT 4

4. (1) Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from sub-
section (1) "Three thousand dollars" and substituting "$9,000".

(2) The amendment made by this section does not apply in respect of a year of
the term of a licence that commenced before the date of commencement of this
Act.
