PUBLIC LENDING RIGHT ACT 1985 No. 200, 1985 - SECT 26
Payment to personal representative
26. Where the Committee has determined that a person is to receive a payment
under the scheme and the payment has not been made at the date of the death of
that person, the amount of that payment is payable to the legal personal
representative of that person.
