PIG MEAT PROMOTION AMENDMENT ACT 1980 No. 20, 1980 - SECT 4

4. Section 5 of the Principal Act is amended-
(a) by omitting from sub-section (3) "Australia" (wherever occurring) and
substituting "the Commonwealth or the Committee";

   (b)  by omitting from the end of paragraph (b) of sub-section (3) "and";
        and

   (c)  by inserting after paragraph (b) of sub-section (3) the following
        paragraph:



"(ba) any other moneys received by the Committee; and".
