PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 15

15. (1) A person employed under Part II may, at any time, apply for the
termination of his employment on the grounds that there is good cause for his
employment to be terminated.

(2) An application shall be made in the prescribed form and manner.

(3) An application shall be heard by a Tribunal.

(4) After hearing an application, the Tribunal may, if it is satisfied that
there is good cause for the employment of the applicant to be terminated,
recommend to the Minister that the employment of the applicant be terminated.
