PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 17
Oath or affirmation of office.
17. Before proceeding to discharge the duties of his office, a member of a
Tribunal shall take an oath, or make an affirmation, in the form and manner
prescribed.
