PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 22
General functions and powers of Superannuation Board.
22. (1) The functions of the Superannuation Board are to control and
administer the Superannuation Fund in accordance with this Act.
(2) The Board has power to do all things necessary or convenient to be done
for or in connexion with the performance of its functions.
