Division 3-General Provisions Relating to Boards
26. (1) The Minister may appoint a person to be the deputy of a member of a
Board.

(2) The deputy of the member representing contributors shall be a contributor
to the relevant Fund.

(3) The deputy of a member is entitled, in the event of the absence of the
member from a meeting, to attend that meeting and, when so attending, shall be
deemed to be a member, but shall not act as Chairman.
