PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 32

32. A Board shall cause to be kept proper accounts and records of the
transactions and affairs of the Board and of the Superannuation Fund or the
Benefits Fund, as the case may be, and shall do all things necessary to ensure
that all payments out of the Fund are correctly made and properly authorized
and that adequate control is maintained over the assets of the Fund and the
assets of, or in the custody of, the Board and over the incurring of
liabilities by the Board.
