PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 37

37. (1) The Reserve Units of Pension Account that was, immediately before the
prescribed date, in existence by virtue of the Superannuation Ordinance is
preserved and continues in existence under and subject to the provisions of
this Act, so that its identity is not affected.

(2) The Account forms part of the Superannuation Fund.

(3) There shall be paid into the Account contributions to the Account made by
persons under this Part for or in respect of reserve units of pension and
interest on arrears of such contributions.
