PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 43

43. The appropriate Board may borrow for a Fund, and the Treasurer may lend to
that Fund, on the security of moneys of that Fund invested in securities
issued by the Commonwealth, moneys not exceeding in the aggregate two-thirds
of the amount of moneys so invested.
