PART VIII-TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
48. A contract referred to in paragraph 7 (3) (a) or (b) continues in force on
and after the prescribed date, mutatis mutandis, but subject to this Act, as
if it were a contract of employment entered into under Part II.
