PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 5

5. The Minister may-

   (a)  make arrangements with the Government of Papua New Guinea or an
        authority of Papua New Guinea for and in relation to the performance
        of services for that Government or authority by persons employed under
        this Part;

   (b)  do such things as are necessary to carry out any such arrangement; and

   (c)  perform such duties, and exercise such powers, in relation to the
        Australian Staffing Assistance Group as are imposed or conferred upon
        him by or under this Act.
