PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) ACT 1973 No. 70, 1973 - SECT 59
Cessation of application of certain Ordinances.
59. Except as otherwise provided in this Act, on the prescribed date, the
Superannuation Ordinance and the Contract Officers Ordinance cease to apply in
relation to a person in relation to whom this Act applies.
