PAPUA NEW GUINEA (STAFFING ASSISTANCE) TERMINATION ACT 1976 No. 69, 1976 - SECT 30
Transitional provision relating to audit.
30. Notwithstanding the repeal of section 46 of the Principal Act by this Act,
that section continues to apply in relation to the accounts and records
referred to in that section to the extent that they had not, before the
repeal, been audited by the Auditor-General.
