PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1987 No. 87, 1987 - SECT 24

24. This Division applies to:

   (a)  property that comes into the possession, or under the control, of a
        person either within or outside Australia and either before or after
        the commencement of this Act; and

   (b)  benefits that are provided to a person either within or outside
        Australia and either before or after the commencement of this Act.
