PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1987 No. 87, 1987 - SECT 91

91. Where:

   (a)  an interstate restraining order is registered in the Supreme Court of
        a Territory under this Division; and

   (b)  the restraining order directs a State official to take control of
        property; the Official Trustee may, in accordance with an agreement
        between the Official Trustee and the State official, exercise the same
        powers in relation to the property that the State official would have
        been able to exercise if the property were located in that State.
