PROCEEDS OF CRIME ACT 1987 No. 87, 1987 - SECT 94

94. An interstate forfeiture order ceases to be registered under this Act if:

   (a)  the order ceases to be in force in the State in which it was made; or

   (b)  the registration is cancelled under section 95.
