If:

(a)

documents were on, or accessible from, the ^* premises of a ^* financial institution at the time when a ^* search warrant relating to those premises was executed; and

(b)

those documents were not able to be located at that time; and

(c)

the financial institution provides them to the ^* executing officer as soon as practicable after the execution of the warrant;
