A person is guilty of an offence if:
- (a)
- the person knows that a *
forfeiture order has been made in respect of * registrable property; and
- (b)
- the person disposes of, or otherwise deals with, the property before the
Commonwealth's interest has been registered on the appropriate register; and
- (c)
- the forfeiture order has not been discharged.
Maximum penalty: Imprisonment for 5 years or 300 penalty units, or both.
