PROCEEDS OF CRIME LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1991 No. 120, 1991 - SECT 10

10. Section 243A of the Principal Act is amended by inserting in subsection
(1) the following definition: "`Trust Fund' means the Confiscated Assets Trust
Fund established by the Proceeds of Crime Act 1987;".
