Intervention) Act 1981

An Act authorizing the Commonwealth to take measures for the purpose of
protecting the sea from pollution by oil and other noxious substances
discharged from ships, and for related purposes

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, and the Senate and the House of Representatives of
the Commonwealth of Australia, as follows: Short title
1. This Act may be cited as the PROTECTION OF THE SEA (Powers of Intervention)
