PROTECTION OF THE SEA (POWERS OF INTERVENTION) ACT 1981 No. 33, 1981 - SECT 12

12. A direction under this Act -

   (a)  in the case of a direction to the owner of a ship - may be addressed
        to the owner of the ship without specifying the name of the owner or
        any of the owners of the ship;

   (b)  in the case of a direction to the master of a ship - may be addressed
        to the master of the ship without specifying him by name; or

   (c)  in the case of a direction to the salvor in possession of a ship - may
        be addressed to the salvor in possession of the ship without
        specifying him by name.
