PROTECTION OF THE SEA (POWERS OF INTERVENTION) ACT 1981 No. 33, 1981 - SECT 5
Saving of other laws
5. (1) This Act and the regulations shall be read and construed as being in
addition to, and not in derogation of or in substitution for, any other law of
the Commonwealth or any law of a State or Territory.
(2) Nothing in the Historic Shipwrecks Act 1976 affects the operation of this
Act.
