PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRICING ACT 1981 No. 117, 1981 - SECT 24

Parties to inquiries

24. (1) At an inquiry conducted by the Authority, any person or body of
persons may apply to the Authority to be made a party to the inquiry.

(2) If, upon the making of such an application, the Authority is of the
opinion that the applicant has a substantial interest in the matter that is
the subject of the inquiry, the Authority shall grant the application but, if
not so satisfied, shall refuse the application.

(3) A party to an inquiry by the Authority is entitled to give evidence, or
call witnesses to give evidence, and to make submissions to the Authority, in
relation to the matter that is the subject of the inquiry.
