PART IV-MISCELLANEOUS

33. (1) Prosecutions for offences against this Act shall be brought only in
the Federal Court of Australia.

(2) Jurisdiction is conferred on the Federal Court of Australia to hear and
determine prosecutions under this Act.

(3) The jurisdiction of the Federal Court of Australia under this section may
be exercised by a single Judge.

(4) A prosecution for an offence against this Act shall not be instituted
except with the consent in writing of the Minister.
