PETROLEUM PRODUCTS PRICING ACT 1981 No. 117, 1981 - SECT 35

35. (1) The Authority may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, with the approval of
the Public Service Board, engage persons to furnish advice to, or perform
services for, the Authority otherwise than as members of the staff of the
Authority referred to in section 34.

(2) The terms and conditions of engagement of persons engaged under
sub-section (1) shall be such as are, with the approval of the Public Service
Board, determined by the Authority.
