PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 (NO. 130, 2009) - SECT 116

             (1)  This Chapter does not apply in relation to property while a person is a receiver, a receiver and manager, or a controller of the property.

             (2)  Without limiting subsection (1), the meaning of the following terms includes their meaning as given by the Corporations Act 2001 :

                     (a)  receiver and manager;

                     (b)  controller, in relation to the property of a corporation.
