PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 (NO. 130, 2009) - SECT 148

                   The register is to contain the following data:

                     (a)  data in registrations;

                     (b)  data (if any) prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph in relation to registrations, or possible registrations;

                     (c)  data (if any) in relation to personal property that is prescribed by regulations made for the purposes of this paragraph.

Note:          If personal property is prescribed by regulations for the purposes of paragraph (c), this Act might not otherwise apply to interests in that property (see subsection 8(2)).
