PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 (NO. 130, 2009) - SECT 256

When other laws prevail--certain other Commonwealth Acts

                   If there is any inconsistency between this Act and one of the following Acts (the other Act ), the other Act prevails to the extent of the inconsistency:

                     (a)  the Payment Systems and Netting Act 1998 ;

                     (b)  the Cheques Act 1986 ;

                     (c)  the Bills of Exchange Act 1909 .
