PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 (NO. 130, 2009) - SECT 260

When other laws prevail--no constitutional preference to one State over another

This Act is not intended to operate to the extent (if any) to which the operation would give, or result in the giving of, preference (within the meaning of section 99 of the Constitution) to one State or part of a State over another State or part of a State.
