PERSONAL PROPERTY SECURITIES ACT 2009 (NO. 130, 2009) - SECT 307

                   In this Act:

"transitional security agreement" means a security agreement, if:

                     (a)  the security agreement was in force immediately before the registration commencement time; and

                     (b)  this Act would have applied in relation to a security interest provided for by the security agreement immediately before the registration commencement time, but for section 310.

Note:          Section 310 provides that this Act only starts to apply in relation to security interests at the registration commencement time.
