PETROLEUM RETAIL MARKETING SITES ACT 1980 No. 140, 1980 - SECT 6

6. A prescribed corporation specified in the Schedule may, by notice in
writing lodged with an authorized officer, designate a corporation or
corporations, being an associate or associates of the first-mentioned
corporation, for the purposes of this section and, where such a notice is
lodged, the first-mentioned corporation and any corporation or corporations so
designated shall, for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to be, and to have
been at all relevant times, members of a group of prescribed corporations.
