POSTAL SERVICES ACT 1975 No. 54, 1975 - SECT 103

103. (1) The Commission shall, upon request by the Minister, furnish to the
Minister such reports, documents and information concerning its operations as
the Minister specifies.
(2) The Commission shall, at all times, keep the Minister informed concerning
the operations of the Commission.
