POSTAL SERVICES ACT 1975 No. 54, 1975 - SECT 96

Injury to property of Commission.
96. (1) A person shall not, without the authority of the Commission, wilfully
tamper with, injure, damage or destroy a receptacle or box for the reception
of postal articles, a stamp vending machine belonging to the Commission or any
notice affixed to property of the Commission.

Penalty: Imprisonment for 2 years.

(2) A person shall not, without the authority of the Commission, wilfully
alter, interfere with or obliterate any writing or marking on a receptacle or
box for the reception of postal articles, on a stamp vending machine or on any
notice affixed to property of the Commission.

Penalty: $200.
