PUBLIC SERVICE ACT 1999 - SECT 46
Remuneration etc.
- (1)
- The remuneration and other conditions of appointment of the Commissioner
are as determined in writing by the Agency Minister.
- (2)
- For each determination, the Agency Minister must seek the advice of the
Remuneration Tribunal and take that advice into account.
- (3)
- Each determination must be published in the Gazette within 14 days after
the determination is made.
