Annual report
- (1)
- After the end of each financial year, the Commissioner must give a report
to the Presiding Officers, for presentation to the Parliament, on the
activities of the Commissioner during the year.
- (2)
- The report must be
prepared in accordance with guidelines approved on behalf of the Parliament by
the Joint Committee of Public Accounts and Audit.
